Other Product Candidates

In addition to iniparib (BSI-201), BiPar Sciences is advancing two other DNA repair programs in the area of oncology.

BSI-401: Follow-on PARP Inhibitor (Oral)
BSI-401 is our follow-on Poly (ADP-ribose) polymerase (PARP) inhibitor candidate. We are currently investigating it as a potential oral therapy in preclinical models of pancreatic cancer through a sponsored research program at the University of Texas, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center.

BSI-302: Preclinical Iodothyronine Program
BSI-302 is the lead compound in our novel anti-tubulin therapy program. Iodothryonine targets cancer cells by relying on the role thyroid hormones play in cell proliferation, cell death and angiogenesis.
